In this critical infrastructure upgrade, we modernized the existing Siemens PCS7 control system from version 7 to version 9. This significant update enhanced the cement plant’s automation capabilities, improving operational efficiency, data management, and overall plant performance. Our expertise in handling complex control system migrations ensured a smooth transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
